Working principle:

Use the strong acid or strong alkali in the tank and the high temperature and high pressure airtight environment to achieve the purpose of quickly digesting insoluble substances. It is a powerful assistant for digesting samples when determining trace elements and trace elements. The temperature used in the oven can reach 200°C and the pressure is 5Mpa.

Commonly used digestion methods, such as:

Weigh about 50.00mg of rock samples into a polytetrafluoroethylene inner cup, add 1.5ml HNO3, 1.5ml HF and 0.01ml HCIO4 in sequence, steam on a 140°C electric heating plate until wet salt, then add 1.5ml each of HNO3 and HF mL, sealed with a steel jacket, and heated in an oven at 190°C for 48h. After cooling, evaporate to dryness on the electric heating plate, add 3.0mL HNO3 and steam to wet salt, then add 3.0mL50% (V/V) HNO3, add a steel jacket and heat in an oven at 150°C for 12h. After cooling, transfer to a clean PET (polyester) bottle, add Rh internal standard solution and dilute to 80.00g with deionized water, so that the concentration of Rh in the solution is 10ng/ml, and wait for the measurement on the machine.
