Let me share with you the gas absorption bulb, which is the device in HJ688-2019 for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in waste gas from fixed pollution sources. At present, many teachers need this absorption bulb and this device for project expansion. It used to be glass, but now it is Teflon. It is made of or polyethylene, because it contains hydrogen fluoride and hydrofluoric acid devices, so this is necessary. Let me analyze the the device and pictures below.
Teflon absorption bulb is made of polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, mainly to replace the glass absorption bottle, to avoid the corrosion of hydrogen fluoride and hydrofluoric acid, using the solution absorption method to collect pollutants in the atmosphere, collect a certain pollution component in the atmosphere, in the absorption bottle filled with hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid solution, as the gas passes through the absorbent solution, the pollutant to be measured is absorbed and the concentration of that pollutant in the atmosphere can be determined by analysis. The most important performance indicators of the absorption bottle are the optimum sampling flow rate, absorption efficiency and resistance drop when filled with a certain amount of absorption solution.
Commonly used absorption bulbs have different structural forms such as porous glass plate absorption, bubble absorption and impact absorption. Currently 75ml bubble absorption bottle is the most commonly used absorption bottle for HJ688-2019 ion chromatography method for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in exhaust gases from stationary sources.
Polytetrafluoroethylene bubble absorbing bottle for the determination of hydrogen fluoride from fixed contamination sources
Product characteristics:
1. Product specification: 75ml Color is divided into transparent and opaque;
2. Anti-pollution: low blank value of metal elements and low metal impurities;
3. High and low temperature resistance: can use temperature -200 ℃ ~ +250 ℃.
4. Available with filter balls, which have a small diameter and a large number of micropores to ensure that the gas washed through the filter balls meets the cleaning criteria;
5. With chemical resistance, can withstand all chemical solvents (aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid, magic acid, acetone, alcohols, etc.);
6. According to HJ688-2019 ion chromatography method for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in stationary sources of waste gas mentioned at least two 75ml bubble absorption bottles linked in series, two 75ml bubble absorption bottles each containing 50ml of absorption solution, connected to the flue gas sampler, in accordance with the method of gaseous pollutant collection, samples were taken at equal intervals of 3 to 4 samples over a period of 1 hour at a flow rate of 0.5 L/min to 1.0 L/min or continuously for 1 hour.
Filter clips are generally used for the environmental testing of hydrogen chloride in the HJ549-2016 standard, for sampling, where the filter membrane is clamped in the filter clip, connected in series to two impact absorbent bottles and connected to the air sampler. Ambient air distribution and sampling should be in accordance with the relevant provisions in HJ664 and HJ/T194. When sampling, the filter membrane is clamped into the filter membrane holder and then two 25ml impact absorbent bottles, each containing 10ml of water as absorbent solution, are connected in series with the air sampler and collected for at least 45 minutes at a sampling flow rate of 0.5L/min~1.0L/min, at least 45min collection, the flow rate deviation before and after sampling should be ≤5%, also in line with HJ688-2019 schematic diagram of the sampling device for hydrogen fluoride in stationary source exhaust gas.
