A complete sample analysis process, from the beginning of sampling to writing the analysis report, can be roughly divided into 4 steps:

  1. Sample collection;

  3. Analysis and determination;

  4. Data processing and reporting of results.

According to statistics, the four steps accounted for 6% of the total analysis time: sample collection 6%, sample pretreatment 61%, analysis and determination 6%, data processing and reporting 27%. The time required for sample preparation accounts for two-thirds of the total analysis time.

The time spent on sample preparation is almost an order of magnitude more than the time required for the analytical testing of the sample itself. Therefore, the study of sample pretreatment methods and techniques has attracted the attention of analytical chemists, and the exploration and research of various new technologies and methods has become one of the important topics and development directions of contemporary analytical chemistry. The fast, simple and automatic pretreatment technology not only saves time and effort, but also reduces the errors caused by different personnel operations and multiple transfers of samples, while avoiding the use of a large amount of organic solvents and reducing environmental pollution. The in-depth study of sample pretreatment technology will play a positive role in promoting the development of analytical chemistry.

At present, microwave digestion instruments on the market also have more or less defects:

For the accuracy of digestion, the Nanjing Binglab microwave digestion instrument adopts a non-contact infrared temperature measurement system to monitor the temperature of the whole tank in real time, and can directly measure and directly display the temperature of the sample solution inside each digestion tank in real time.

Sample digestion is inseparable from the use of strong acid or mixed acid, and microwave digestion generally adopts a closed high temperature and high pressure method to speed up the digestion process, which undoubtedly increases the safety hazards of the sample pretreatment process.   3. Blast door: multi-layer explosion-proof, microwave shielded door;

  4. Temperature measurement and control system: 0~300°C measurement range, measurement accuracy is ± 1 ℃ (infrared),and ± 1 ℃ control stability.
