-Corrosion Resistance: PTFE material exhibits excellent chemical stability, capable of resisting strong acids, strong bases, and other highly corrosive substances, such as aqua regia, magic acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic solvents. This ensures that the mask plates are not corroded or contaminated during the cleaning process.
-High Temperature Resistance: PTFE material has a wide operating temperature range, typically between -200°C and +250°C, satisfying the requirements for high-temperature cleaning in semiconductor manufacturing.
-Non-stick Properties: PTFE material possesses outstanding non-stick properties, making it difficult for impurities to adhere during the cleaning process, thereby ensuring the cleaning effectiveness of the mask plates.
-Low Metal Ion Leaching: PTFE material contains extremely low levels of metallic elements, resulting in minimal metal ion leaching, which prevents contamination of the mask plates and meets the high cleanliness requirements of semiconductor manufacturing.
