1. The cleaning barrel is used to eliminate sample residues on small PFA sample dissolution tanks and utensils;
2. The cleaning barrel bracket adopts a grid design, which can fix the utensils, clean them in batches, and be easy to take;
3. All parts contacting acid are made of high-purity PFA. Put the utensils and cleaning solution (soap or inorganic acid) into the cleaning bucket, cover it, and place it on the electric heating plate for heating;
4. There is a vent valve on the lid of the cleaning bucket to avoid high pressure in the bucket during heating;
5. The cleaning bucket can be kept in a sub-boiling state for continuous heating for several days, without volatilization of acid, without the need for laboratory personnel to monitor, saving labor costs and acid consumption.
