Other specifications can be customized. If you need 3 necks or more, it is recommended to choose a larger capacity of 500ml or more. You can choose a liquid level gauge according to the requirements, you can see the amount of liquid in the bottle, the bottle neck and the bottle thread are sealed, easy to disassemble and install, easy to clean, the diameter can be processed according to customer requirements (17#/19#/24#).
2. PFA/PTFE receiving bottle 500ml
At present, there are two types of receiving bottle devices, one is the PTFE reaction bottle as the receiving device, the second is to choose the PFA reagent bottle as the receiving device. The connection of the second type of fep reagent bottle needs more connectors. The PFA material is resistant to acid and alkali and is transparent to see the solution inside.
3. PFA/PTFE condenser tube 250ml
The PTFE condenser tube is improved according to the structure of the glass condenser tube. The basic principle is the same as the glass one. The condenser tube can be filled with fillers, such as PTFE balls, to increase the area of condensate reflux. It can be directly connected to the flask as a condensate reflux device, or it can be connected to a PTFE adapter to condense and recycle it into the receiving bottle.
4. Teflon constant pressure separatory funnel 500ml
PTFE constant pressure dropping funnel, also known as constant pressure separating funnel, is a kind of separating funnel. Like other separatory funnels, it can perform liquid separation, extraction and other operations. Different from other separatory funnels, the constant pressure separatory funnel can keep the internal pressure constant. First, it can prevent sucking back, second, it can make the liquid in the funnel flow down smoothly, and third, it can reduce the influence of the increased liquid on the gas pressure. This makes it more accurate when measuring gas volume.
5. PFA/FEP separatory funnel
The wall of the funnel has no adhesion and no adsorption to the solvent, can be completely emptied, the interface is clearly visible, and the sealing is good, which can prevent the penetration of chemicals in the separating funnel; The piston is easy to disassemble and clean; the transparency is high, which is convenient for the user to observe the liquid change in the chamber during the actual sample separation; the control valve made of high-purity experimental grade PTFE can flexibly control the flow rate; Compared with the glass separatory funnel, the advantage is that it can separate hydrofluoric acid, is not easy to damage, can be used for a long time, the inner wall is smooth, does not adhere to any substance, and is easy to clean.
6. PFA thermometer casing
The reaction temperature should be monitored in real time during the reaction, and the conventional glass mercury thermometer cannot directly contact with the reaction. The Teflon PFA thermometer sleeve can solve this problem. can be used normally.
7. PTFE stirring paddle
Used with a flask to fully react the reactants in the flask, the polytetrafluoroethylene material stirring paddle can withstand corrosive substances, the size can be customized, and it is suitable for reaction flasks of different calibers.
