1.Product introduction
Graphite digester is a representative hole-type digestion device, which uses graphite block as heat conduction medium. It heats the sample with a surrounding heating method, which effectively increases the utilization rate of heat energy. At the same time, it occupies the front end of conventional digestion equipment with the advantages of higher temperature control accuracy, small difference between holes, high digestion efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.
2. Application case
Ø Weigh 25ml of water sample, put it into a 50ml polytetrafluoro tube, and shake well.
Ø Put the sample tube into the graphite digestion apparatus for digestion.
Ø After the digestion is completed, the sample will be fixed and tested on the machine.
(Sample addition: 2ml nitric acid; heating: temperature 140°C, heating time 20min, holding time 2h; cooling: 5min; constant volume: 25ml.)
