Gas washing bottle

PFA gas washing bottle is a vessel for washing away impurities in gas. It absorbs impure gas through bubbling (dissolving or chemical reaction) in a selected suitable liquid medium, thereby washing away impurity gas to achieve the purpose of purifying gas. When designing, the PTFE ball is surrounded by small holes. In general, the long tube enters and the short tube exits (it can also be processed into British tubes).

Note:

1. The gas washing bottle contains the selected liquid to wash the gas and remove the moisture or other gas impurities. When using, pay attention to the flow direction of the gas, and the inlet and outlet pipes cannot be connected in reverse;

2. The gas washing bottle cannot contain alkaline liquid detergent for a long time. After use, pour the detergent into a reagent bottle with a rubber stopper and store it for use, and wash it with water. The bottle can also collect gas and calculate the volume of gas;

3. In general, the long tube enters and the short tube exits. The long tube enters the gas with a density greater than that of the air, and the short tube enters the gas with a density less than that of the air;

4. The upward air exhaust method indicates that the collected gas density is greater than that of the air. The long tube enters and the short tube exits can make the collected gas press out the air. If the short tube enters and the long tube exits, the collected gas will directly escape from the long tube;
