The experiment includes: deionized water, superior pure hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and soil standard samples
Experimental supplies
Sample pretreatment:
Put the soil sample in the oven to dry;
Take out the dried soil samples and pick out the stones and sundries;
Fold the A4 paper in half, roll the soil sample into powder with a rolling pin, and sieve the ground soil sample with a 200-mesh sieve. The sieved samples are divided into 4 points, and the samples are stored in ziplock bags
Sample weighing:
Accurately extract 0.1g sample into a 50ml disposable centrifuge tube and weigh 2 parts in parallel
Digestion process Add a little deionized water to wet the sample
Add a little deionized water to wet the sample
Add 3mlHCL, 1mlHNO3 1mlHF to each centrifuge tube
Put the lid on but don’t close it tightly
Put the centrifuge tube into the well of the graphite digester
Set the digestion temperature to 125 degrees, keep it for 120 minutes, and heat up for about 15 minutes
Start digestion, shake the centrifuge tube once half an hour
Shake the centrifuge tube once half an hour
Cap tightly and shake well Soil sample pretreatment was completed.
