Our customized PFA microcolumns are specifically designed for ion exchange chromatography and demanding trace analysis applications.

Manufactured from high-purity PFA, these microcolumns offer:

• The exceptionally low extractables and ultra-low metal background help minimize the introduction of contaminants during high-purity sample preparation and separation processes, supporting reliable and accurate analytical results.

• Excellent stability across an exceptionally wide temperature range, from -200°C to +260°C, making these microcolumns suitable for a variety of challenging operating conditions.

In addition, the translucent nature of PFA allows clear visual observation of the resin bed and liquid flow within the column, enabling precise control of chromatographic separations. Its inherent flexibility also facilitates convenient integration with different tubing systems and customized laboratory setups.

• The outlet can be manufactured with a tapered tip design according to customer requirements. Prevents lower frit displacement.
