PFA Distillation Condenser System
The PFA Distillation Condenser System is designed for high-purity distillation and reflux applications where chemical resistance, safety, and contamination control are critical.
It is an advanced alternative to traditional glass condensers, especially suitable for trace analysis and aggressive chemical environments.
Built on the same working principle as glass condensers, the PFA condenser uses circulating cooling water to efficiently condense vapors, while offering superior durability and chemical compatibility.
Exceptional Chemical Resistance
Manufactured from high-purity PFA, the condenser is highly resistant to strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, including HF, HNO₃, HCl, and mixed acid systems.
Ultra-Low Metal Contamination
The smooth, non-reactive PFA surface minimizes metal ion leaching, making it ideal for trace and ultra-trace analysis applications such as ICP-MS and AAS.
Enhanced Safety and Durability
Compared with glass condensers, PFA offers greater flexibility and impact resistance, significantly reducing the risk of breakage during operation.
Improved Condensation Efficiency
The condenser tube can be filled with PTFE spheres or packing to increase the effective reflux surface area, improving distillation and reflux performance.
