This high-speed centrifuge tube features the separation/granulation capabilities of a pointed-bottom centrifuge tube, is transparent, leak-proof, and graduated. It possesses exceptional mechanical strength, can be autoclaved, and is suitable for both refrigerated and non-refrigerated centrifuges with a centrifugal force of up to 50,000g. It requires a filling volume of at least 80% of its total capacity to function properly. Caution: When autoclaving, completely remove the cap and place it at an angle on top of the container. Do not attempt to seal it by twisting the thread.
