Large PTFE Stirring Shaft & Impeller for Corrosive Applications

NJbinglab has recently completed a custom large PTFE stirring shaft and impeller designed for corrosion-resistant mixing applications.

The stirring assembly features a 304 stainless steel core for mechanical strength and torque transmission, a PFA protective tube around the shaft, and pure TFM PTFE impeller blades for excellent chemical resistance.

This design is intended for large-volume mixing where conventional metal components may be exposed to aggressive chemicals. The structure can be customized according to the reactor size, shaft length, impeller dimensions, connection method, and other application requirements.

The stirring assembly can be used with jacketed PTFE reactors and other corrosion-resistant mixing systems, including applications in the 30 L, 50 L, 100 L and larger volume range.
