What exactly can be customized?

NJbinglab offers three material options：PFA/pTFE/PP

PFA/PTFE carriers are designed for ultra-clean and strong acid environments , where contamination control is critical.

PP wafer carrier is cost-effective and ESD-safe, suitable for most handling and cleaning processes.

PFA Material Carrier

PFA wafer cassettes are designed for ultra-clean and high-purity applications, offering exceptional chemical resistance and extremely low metal ion leaching. They are ideal for handling wafers in strong acid environments.

PTFE Material Carrier

PTFE wafer cassettes provide outstanding chemical inertness and high temperature resistance, similar to PFA. Meanwhile, PTFE material is easier to customize and has a lower cost than PFA material.

PP Material Carrier

PP wafer cassettes are widely used for standard wafer handling, storage, and wet processing due to their excellent mechanical strength and cost-effectiveness. They can be modified to be anti-static (ESD-safe), making them suitable for automated semiconductor environments.

NJbinglab not only provides standard-sized wafer carriers, but also customizes non-standard-sized round and square wafer carriers according to customers' specific requirements in the actual wafer handlinging process.

Single-handled wafer carrier

This style is suitable for carrying small-sized wafers, and its crescent-shaped design fits round wafers better,it can process up to +-5 wafers at a time.

Square wafer carrier

Square wafers are easily damaged when placed in classic round wafer cassettes. To address this, NJbinglab designed cassettes perfectly suited to square sizes, ranging from 8*8mm to 25*25mm.

Photolithography mask cleaning carrier

Similar to square wafer carrier, NJbinglab has customized cleaning carriers specifically designed for 4-inch and 5-inch photomasks to better clean residual photoresist from the photomasks.

Multi-wafer And Single Wafer Carrier

Batch processing of wafers can save a lot of time, so NJbinglab has designed multi-wafer carriers for this purpose. When customers need to process a single wafer, NJbinglab has also designed wafer dippers and single-wafer carriers.
