What exactly can be customized?

PFA wafer cassettes are designed for ultra-clean and high-purity applications, offering exceptional chemical resistance and extremely low metal ion leaching. They are ideal for handling wafers in strong acid environments.

PTFE wafer cassettes provide outstanding chemical inertness and high temperature resistance, similar to PFA. Meanwhile, PTFE material is easier to customize and has a lower cost than PFA material.
This style is suitable for carrying small-sized wafers, and its crescent-shaped design fits round wafers better,it can process up to ±5 wafers at a time.
Square wafers are easily damaged when placed in classic round wafer cassettes. To address this, NJbinglab designed cassettes perfectly suited to square sizes, ranging from 8*8mm to 25*25mm.
Multi-slots wafer carriers can process 5, 10, or even up to 25 wafers at a time.
It can accommodate wafer sizes ranging from 1 inch to 8 inches, offering flexible customization options.
