Modular PTFE–PFA Construction

The PFA Distillation Bottle is composed of a PTFE distillation head and a PFA container. The two-piece design provides greater flexibility than an integrated distillation bottle, allowing the container and distillation head to be selected according to the requirements of the application.

Thread-Matched Connection

The PTFE distillation head is connected to the PFA container through a threaded connection. Different PFA containers, including PFA vials, PFA reagent bottles and PFA jars, can be used when their thread specifications match the distillation head.

This also makes it possible to develop a customized distillation assembly based on an existing PFA container.

Flexible Container Options

Depending on the required working volume and configuration, the distillation head can be paired with different PFA containers.

PFA Vial → 7mL/15mL/22mL/30mL/60mL-volume applications

PFA Reagent Bottle → 100mL~1000mL-volume applications

PFA Jar → 90mL/120mL/150mL/180mL/250mL/500mL/1000mL-volume applications

High-Purity Fluoropolymer Materials

The distillation head is manufactured from PTFE, while the container is made from PFA. Both fluoropolymers offer excellent chemical resistance, high thermal stability and smooth, non-stick surfaces, making the assembly suitable for demanding laboratory applications.
