The PFA-Coated Heating Rack is a critical performance-enhancing accessory for ultra-clean laboratories. While flat hot plates are versatile, they often suffer from inefficient heat transfer when used with round-bottom or thick-walled PFA vials. This specialized rack acts as a high-efficiency thermal bridge. By nesting the vials within precision-machined wells, it creates a "mini-dry block" environment on top of your existing hot plate. This ensures uniform digestion, prevents "cold spots" at the top of the sample, and protects the hot plate surface from accidental mechanical wear.
